At SoCal pool builders, we are famous for our speedy completions. Most of our swimming pool construction projects are swim ready in 5-7 weeks from start of excavation. Building a swimming pool  can be stressful. But it does not have to be. Because you deal directly with the owner. We keep it simple, You deal with one person only.

Our Consultation options

Option #1 Quick pool design and price. We know your time is valuable and you will probably gather several quotes. Most pool companies will take 1 to 3 weeks to get back to you with a design and price. However, with this option you we will meet and do a quick measure and design using our 3D design virtual reality software program on our laptop. This will require about an hour of your time.  We will do a quick layout of your backyard and you will be able to choose from a library of pool templates. Then WaLa!! you will see your swimming pool design in virtual reality, you'll hear the sounds of your water features and see the water moving. You will be able to request various materials to be applied to the design in real time as well. We can leave you an estimate for the pool we've designed at this first meeting.

Option #2   If your project requires more time and has a lot of details, we will do a traditional quote. We will interview you and find out your needs and come back in about a week with a 3D design and estimate.

Permits and engineering

We handle this and it is always included in your price unless otherwise agreed to.

 Excavation
This is when we “break ground”. We remove the soil and form out the shell of your new pool.

Install Steel/Plumbing/electrical
At this point, we install the steel “skeleton” of your swimming pool design. Each swimming pool and spa design has a unique steel “skeleton” designed by a structural engineer in order to provide the strongest swimming pool possible for your property. Plumbing and electrical will meet or exceed city code.

Gunite (concrete shell)
This is a very important step in the prosess. Most swimming pool builders contract gunite companies based on the cheapest cost to them. We do not do this!! We pay a premium price to our gunite supplier. Our gunite has better ingredients than many swimming pool builders in this area. The result is, a better and stronger swimming pool and spa.

Hardscape
At this point we start to dress up process. Tile, coping, concrete, stone, BBQ’s, and walls. We have amazing masons working with us!! Our masons have great communication skills and strive to make your pool look better than you imagined it. SoCal Pool Builders prides itself on seeing you through the whole project and making it a reality.

Equipment and Finish
At this stage, once everything else is complete, we install the interior finish of your pool. Whether it is plaster or various pebble finishes we have a color and finish that you will enjoy for many years.

Pool Start Up
SoCal Pool Builders will provide you with a start up and swimming pool training and care package . We will answer all of your new pool questions as well as provide you with professional service recommendations. We will be there to answer your questions even after we are long gone.
